Leather is the new Denim

Leather has become an alternative to denim. The leather pants are also following the 5 pocket style. It certainly gives an extra push to the casual look. Instead of jeans and t-shirt you could try the leather pants and t-shirt for Saturday night. Leather pants with few details and those that do not look hippy. The muted colors of suede are very good to look at.  

Jeans are casual, leggings become plain, and black pants blend. Leather can make your black outfit stand out. You can wear them in the day they will look good and at night they will look sexy with high heels. Leather will accentuate your curves you will rock in them. Try the staple pieces as they are cute and not expensive. Try the jean style leggings.

Try not to take the attention away from leather wear a plain chic top. As you want to attract attention to your pants creating a slim thick image. You can also go in for a body suit if you really thin.

If you own denim and a leather jacket you may wear it more than the other as you save for an important day when you would want to wear it for a special occasion. Leather jackets look good with any type of jeans but a denim jacket with denim jeans is a no go. Any color of denim jacket is fine with any color of jeans like blue, brown, charcoal, dark green – as long as they are different.

Leather jackets in all styles - motorcycle jacket, fatigue, flight jacket, and trench. A few look more casual like a racer jacket or blazer with flap pockets.  There are some formal jackets they have slit pockets. Denim is casual while leather can be formal and casual.

Leather costs more, and lasts longer and you will be able to pass it on to your son. It is durable but it needs to be well oiled and protected from heat and you cannot wash it.
